Paara (पारा)

ab aap soch rahe honge ki paara to hum use nahi karte aur ye hota kya hai. humare ghar me bahut si aisi cheeje hoti hain jinko hum daily use karte hain unme paara hota hai.yah bahut hanikarak hota hai. jaise ki bulb, bettry, Facial Cream, bleaching cream etc. inme paara paya jata hai. chikne banne ke shok me bleaching cream ka istemaal karne se pehele ek baar aapko soch lena chahiye ki isse side effect bhi ho sakta hai. ye paara humare sharir ki rakt (blood) koshikaon (कोशिकाओं) me jama ho jata hai jisse humare dimag (mind) tak paryapt maatra me blood nahi pahunch paata hai. agar humare sharir me is paare ki maatra bahut jyada ho jaati hai to isse lakwa aur meenamata (मीनामाटा) name ki bimaari ho sakti hai. isliye in cheejo ka upyog karne se pehele inke baare me achhe se jankari le leni chahiye aur bleaching cream ke upyog me sawdhani baratni chahiye.



Smoke (धुआं)

Smoke (धुआं) ke bare me kaun nahi jaanta hum sab isse achhi tarah wakif hain ki ye humare sharir aur dimag ko kitna nuksaan pahunchata hai fir chahe wo cigarette ka dhuan ho ya gaadiyo se nikalne wala ya koyle, lakdi, factory, kaarkhano se nikalne wala dhuan ho. in sab me PH yani polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons hote hain. ek research se pata chala hai ki jin bachho ke sharir me inki maatra adhik hoti hai un bachcho ka IQ samanya se kam hota hai aur un bachho ka dimag padhayi me kamjor hota hai. Because ye bachche apni study me dhyaan nahi laga paate. aksar in bachcho me depression ka khatra hota hai. cigarette ka dhuan (smoke) bahut jayada khatarnaak hota hai kyonki cigarette ka dhua tobacoo (तम्बाकु) se banta hai jisse cancer jaisi jaanleva bimari hone ka khatra hota hai. So behatar yahi hai ki cigarette aur tobacco seven se dur rahe aur jo log iska istemaal karte hain unko bhi isse bachne ke liye kahe.


Disinfectant (कीटनाशक )

So isse jahan tak ho sake bachne ki koshish kare aur fruits aur vagetable ko khaye to unka chhilka hatakar aur achhi tarh dhokar khaye.

P.C.B (पीसीबी)

P.C.B ka upyog electrical machines (mashino) me hota hai. iska pura name Polychlorinated byfinayal hai. Yah bhi khatre se khaali nahi hai kyonki yah tantrika tantra par buri tarah se asar daalta hai aur bahut nuksaan pahunchata hai. jisse aadmi ke paagal hone ka khatra hota hai. iske bahut khatarnaak parinaam saamne aaye hain. isliye iske istemaal me bahut kami aayi hai. kyonki isse cancer jaisi bhayankar beemari bhi ho sakti hai. isliye koi bhi electrical machine ka use karte samay sawdhani baratni chahiye.
